If you have a passion for both the AdTech industry and for Business-to-Business (B2B) software solutions, along with the ability to execute an events strategy in collaboration with a passionate sales team, then keep on reading!StackAdapt is building a hyper-focused events strategy to unlock opportunities in specific regions across the US. As part of our Events team, you will be responsible for scheduling and managing these regional events-from education events to dinners and sales-led functions-to drive the continued growth of StackAdapt.What you’ll be doing:
- Plan and complete regional event campaigns after conducting preliminary research on our target market and focus accounts.
- Maintain relationships and negotiate with retailers and other third-party partners in relation to event execution.
- Partner with the sales leads to identify must-break opportunities, focusing on penetrating a defined number of key accounts
- Promote business expansion opportunities through successful regional events.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.
- Work with our Digital Marketing and Marketing Ops team to manage any activity surrounding regional marketing campaigns.
- Track expenses, and be prepared to report on metrics such as win rate and expansion rate.
- Report weekly and monthly on the status of regional marketing event activities to the sales and PR teams. This role will co-own the responsibility to increase market awareness.
- Document and share lead and client intelligence with the regional sales teams.
We’ll be reaching out to candidates that have:
- A degree in marketing, business or relevant on-the-job experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in an events coordination role, preferably in the technology sector with working knowledge of best practices.
- Strength in event budgeting, project management and supplier negotiation.
- Ability to multitask, work accurately under tight timelines and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
- Exceptional organization and project management skills.
- Able to outperform in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to learn and grow on the job.
