Job Title: Regional Head of Clinical Services
Job Type: Permanent, Full time 40 Hours per Week
Location: Norwich, Norfolk surrounding areashours of work: Full time
Start Date: Immediately
Salary: £70,000- £72,000 per year + BenefitsWe are recruiting on behalf of our client within the Care Sector for Regional Head of Clinical Services, this will be to cover the Norfolk region. As a key member to the senior team, you will be essential to the development of the strategic vision and plan for our clients’ neurological centres in Norfolk. The successful candidate will be an inspiring leader with a strong track record of leading and developing high performance teams and will be able to motivate, lead and guide our clients, ensuring all clinical teams perform to the best of their ability within their nurturing, welcoming environment.ROLES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Leading and managing teams, ensuring the Service Mangers and Clinical teams meet the quality standards
  • To identify any recruitment requirements within the clinical teams
  • Direct the hiring of clinical staff including selection and interviewing process
  • Overseeing and implementing training for all staff, ensuring all skills stay up to date and in line with mandatory requirements
  • Being responsible for the quality and standards of care across all services and are compliant with internal and external policies and procedures
  • Performing internal and external audits and actioning when required
  • Working closely with other departments and MDT’s

REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE

  • Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN/RNLD) and valid NMC pin
  • Clear Enhanced DBS
  • Experience in clinical governance audits and incident management including Safeguarding and CQC procedures and referral management
  • Understanding of relevant legal and professional care/practice standards and to continue professional development
  • Strong clinical experience with ability to manage a team
  • The ability to develop working relationships with key stakeholders such as: Clinical commissioning groups, General practitioners and multi-disciplinary teams
  • Passion to oversee the delivery of outstanding care in a rewarding and sometimes emotionally challenging environments
  • Be commercially aware, understand the running and managing of a care business and take ownership of the recruitment of clinical staff
