DESCRIPTIONAmazon is seeking a senior leader to lead its University Talent Acquisition organization across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). We are responsible for finding diverse, bar-raising students, delivering a frustration-free candidate experience, and ultimately connecting talent to the most in-demand opportunities at Amazon.This leadership role will be part of Amazon’s University Talent Acquisition leadership team and own the strategy and execution for hiring top university talent for technical and non-technical opportunities across EMEA. The successful candidate will lead a high-caliber recruiting team and manage both the strategic and day-to-day responsibilities for hiring top emerging talent from universities and business schools.
