Full time Regional Support Veterinarian (DVM) – Now Hiring + Great Compensation – Atlanta Metro & Northern GeorgiaA partner hospital is seeking an experienced and compassionate Regional Support Veterinarian to join their team in the Atlanta Metro & Northern Georgia region. This full-time, clinical position offers the opportunity to work across multiple practice locations, providing a dynamic role that combines clinical practice, mentorship, and leadership development. This position is perfect for a veterinarian eager to work in various settings while helping to support the growth and success of veterinary teams.Key Responsibilities:As a Regional Support Veterinarian , you will:

  • Perform full clinical duties while on shift, diagnosing, treating, and managing a wide range of medical conditions in small animals.
  • Work in diverse practice environments, collaborating with teams across multiple locations in the Atlanta Metro & Northern Georgia region.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to veterinary staff, fostering a positive and motivating work atmosphere in each hospital.
  • Tailor your approach and treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each hospital’s team and clientele.
  • Travel locally on a weekly basis to visit different practices, providing ongoing support to ensure high-quality care.
  • Maintain a positive outlook, adaptability, and strong communication to inspire teams and enhance hospital operations.

Ideal Candidate:The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent from an accredited university.
  • Possess a valid veterinary license in good standing, or be able to obtain one in Georgia.
  • Demonstrate strong empathy and adaptability, adjusting to different practice environments and client needs.
  • Have experience in leadership or mentorship or a strong desire to develop these skills.
  • Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships with hospital teams and clients.
  • Be resilient and adaptable, with strong time management and organizational abilities.
