Keepit seeks an exceptional Regional VP of the Southern European Region (France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal) to spearhead our sales team and accelerate our regional business in collaboration with our dynamic partners.We’re growing fast and are determined to build momentum to bring our dedicated SaaS protection services to a global audience. We’ve built momentum, and now we are looking for a dynamic sales leader with a solid hands-on approach who can steer the ship with finesse while ensuring we tap into every possible opportunity this region offers. By emphasizing a partner-only strategy globally, we wish the same ideology to be mirrored in the Southern Region, leveraging the strengths of our established partner ecosystem.As Regional VP of the Southern European Region (SER) at Keepit, you will be pivotal in leading and motivating our sales teams within this region. You will craft sales strategies, ensure seamless execution, and guarantee that targets are not just met but surpassed. Your leadership will be instrumental in driving the region’s success, and we anticipate that you will infuse the same vigor and dedication that have made Keepit a force to be reckoned with on the global stage.Key responsibilities:

  • Hands-on ownership: Taking ownership of the success of our sales team towards accelerated Net New revenue growth in SER.
  • Strategic Sales Planning with a focus on hands-on execution: Craft and execute tailored go-to-market strategies for SER. Oversee regional investment decisions based on optimizing regional growth in France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal
  • Drive Net New Revenue: The primary focus is to drive new customer acquisition. That said, upselling and cross-selling to our existing customer base is equally important. Your role will be to guide our account executives to identify and seize opportunities and ensure a high closing ratio.
  • Accountability: Ensure account executives are held accountable for generating a robust sales pipeline and meeting targets on a repeatable and consistent basis.
  • Collaboration with Partner Account Executives: Foster strong partnerships with regional VARs, and other relevant partners in SER by working in close alignment with our PAEs and our EMEA VP of Channel.

As Regional VP of SER with Keepit, you will report directly to our Senior VP of EMEA, Søren Lindkvist. We imagine you’re based in Paris and come with strong SaaS scale-up experience. Your DNA is that of a hands-on tactical sales leader with strong deal-making skills combined with a competitive yet team-oriented approach.   • Sales Leadership: We are looking for a sales leader with exemplary skills and experience in building and leading sales teams in a high-growth SaaS scale-up business. The leader must be able to create and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • SaaS industry Acumen: SaaS experience combined with Backup and Restore Services from Keepit or our competitors is essential. In-depth SaaS market knowledge from France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal is also crucial and a pivotal requisite to succeed in the role.
  • Relationship Building: The aptitude to foster strong relationships with partners, stakeholders, and teams will be central to success in this role. Candidates need to be based in Paris and have solid multilingual skills.
  • Strategic Analysis and Execution: We are looking for a profile who possess the ability to identify opportunities, formulate strategies, and ensure meticulous execution and continuous follow-up are key attributes we seek.
  • Communication Prowess: Given the leadership nature of the role, impeccable communication skills, especially in English, are essential.
