We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Manager. As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of care facility, ensuring the highest quality of care for residents. This is a leadership role that requires strong management skills and a passion for providing exceptional senior care.Responsibilities:– Supervise and manage a team of care staff, ensuring they are trained and equipped to provide excellent care to residents.
– Develop and implement care plans for each resident, in collaboration with healthcare professionals.
– Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making necessary adjustments to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
– Oversee medication administration and ensure proper documentation.
– Maintain accurate resident records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
– Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, promoting their independence and well-being.
– Collaborate with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care for residents.Qualifications:– NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care.
– Proven experience in a similar role.
– Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Knowledge of medication administration protocols and regulations.
– Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
