Registered Nurse $50-$60/hr – 3rd Shift Hiring ImmediatelyAn established institution since 1882, committed to delivering top-quality Residential and Long-Term Care to Massachusetts Residents, is urgently seeking to hire a Registered Nurse. The facility is conveniently situated with a bus stop right at the entrance, featuring a state-of-the-art, newly constructed building. Nurses here also enjoy temporary access to amenities such as food and laundry, with a maximum nurse-to-patient ratio of 1 to 7.Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding, patient-focused care and support to veterans
- Assess and manage medications and treatment plans
- Mentor and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and administrative staff
- Deliver high-quality nursing care and regularly reassess residents’ health conditions
- Train nursing staff and address any concerns
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- At least 1 year of RN experience required
- COVID-19 Vaccine Card (fully vaccinated with at least one booster)
- Reliable transportation (car or public transit)
