> Ensure the accuracy of prepared medications, verifying each prescription for legal compliance and product quality, including weekly strip packaging and non-packaged products.
> Address identified errors promptly and accurately reconcile Narcotic and Controlled medications.
> Maintain organized product checks to uphold workflow efficiency and timely delivery schedules.
> Uphold patient privacy and confidentiality as per regulations.Qualifications
– Licensed and registered as an RPhT with the College of Pharmacists
– Liability insurance for RPhT practice
– Minimum 1 year of pharmacy experience (Long Term Care, Hospital, or Retail)
– Familiarity with PacMed or PacVision is advantageous
– Excellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesSummary
