Your expertise will ensure Qontoβs compliance and support our expansion into new markets, working closely with your manager , to achieve our strategic goals.π©βπ»π§βπ» As a Regulatory Affairs Expert at Qonto, you will:β Manage the relationship with Qontoβs supervisory authorities, such as the ACPR or the Banque de France, you will ensure that Qonto provides accurate, precise, and consistent information to our Supervisors.β Coordinate internal responses to regulatory inquiries, liaising with other Qonto departments such as Risk & Compliance, Finance, Operations, and many others.β Actively participate in projects led by Qontoβs Strategy, Product, & Growth to advise on the prudential requirements, and act as a solution-oriented stakeholder.β Be ready to tackle new internal projects in line with Qontoβs overall growth and strategic priorities.π€ What you can expect:β Join a dynamic Regulatory team of 10 professionals within the Risk & Compliance department.β Enter a fast-paced Fintech environment at Qonto, where innovation and agility drive our success.β Become one of the key experts in Qontoβs second line of defense to support teams on international projects involving supervisory authorities, as the role evolves.π€ Your Future ManagerYour manager will be , our Head of Regulatory.β His path? Has a variety of experience in banking regulation, compliance, and engagement with public authorities.β What he can bring to the team? Alexandre created the Regulatory team at Qonto from scratch. His scope not only includes France but also our international markets (Italy, Spain, and Germany). He is our DPO and the one in direct connection with Qontoβs supervisors (ACPR, CNIL, branch supervisors)π
About You:β At least 4 years of experience in a licensed institution or a supervisory authority, working in direct contact with supervising authorities.β Ability to adapt and simplify complex juridical information for diverse audiences.β Strong communication skills in both French and Englishβ Attention to detail and at ease with communicating regulatory constraints & risks, including to senior management.β Good mastery of the regulatory topics related to regulatory analysis (CRR2/CRR3)At Qonto we understand that true diversity isnβt just about ticking boxes on a hiring checklist.
