Rehabilitation Aide – Palmetto Center

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervision and monitoring of consumer behavior. 
• Required to monitor consumer adherence to schedule and facility guidelines. 
• Reports community activity to charge nurse and responsible to document any unusual activity or behaviors. 
• Works under direction of the Nurse Supervisor as part of team to maintain and promote therapeutic environment. Various hours.

Minimum and Additional Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED. Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

If invited to interview, please bring your Official 10 year driving record obtained from the SC Department of Motor Vehicles. 

Preferred Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
