Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for supervision and monitoring of consumer behavior.
- Required to monitor consumer adherence to schedule and facility guidelines.
- Reports community activity to charge nurse and responsible to document any unusual activity or behaviors.
- Works under direction of the Nurse Supervisor as part of team to maintain and promote therapeutic environment. Various hours.
Minimum and Additional Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED. Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Preferred Qualifications
- Current CPR certification.
