In this pivotal role, you will assist our members in navigating their healthcare benefits effectively. Your daily tasks will encompass managing both inbound and outbound communications to support consumers, address inquiries, and provide updates on documentation status. We seek a proactive and compassionate individual, adept at fostering client relationships and managing objections with excellent listening skills.Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming and outgoing calls related to healthcare benefits assistance.
• Address consumer inquiries and efficiently resolve issues.
• Educate members on the progress of their documents and requests.
• Strive to meet performance metrics in efficiency, customer satisfaction, and first-call resolution.

Required Skills

• Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience with the same employer.
• Call center experience is highly desirable.
• Outstanding communication abilities and multitasking skills.
• Experience in sales or benefits is advantageous.
• Attention to detail with a results-oriented approach.
• Capability to pass a background check successfully.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
