Our client is currently seeking experienced Customer Service Advisors to handle enquiries.The company is an Ofsted Grade 1, Independent Training Provider. • Handling inbound course enquiries
• Communicating via phone, email, text & WhatsApp
• Checking eligibility for public funding
• Promoting the company’s products & services
• Achieving monthly enrolment & completion targets
• Recording data onto the company IT system
• Candidate Specification
• Confident, energetic, enthusiastic & target driven individual
• Clear thinker with excellent telephone manner & communication skills
• Experience working towards telesales KPIs
• Good levels of English and Maths.
• Good knowledge of IT

Salary

• On Target Earning: £28,000
• Basic salary: £21,000 + monthly commission (uncapped)
