Hiring REMOTE Geospatial Analysists!Location: 2 weeks of on-site training; then fully remote within Colorado!Description:

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level GIS Technician/GIS Analyst
• This person will be responsible for supporting various GIS projects using ESRI and ArcGIS mapping software
• This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with a passion for geospatial technology to develop their skills and grow
• Work Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm or you have the option of working 4 10-hour shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation, maintenance, and updating of GIS databases and maps
• Perform spatial data analysis and generate reports to support project requirements
• Collect, process, and integrate spatial data from various sources
• Utilize ESRI and ArcGIS software to create high-quality maps and visualizations
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with team members and clients to understand project needs and deliver solutions
• Provide technical support as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Geography, GIS, Environmental Science, or a related field
• Proficiency in ESRI and ArcGIS software
• Basic understanding of GIS principles, spatial data, and mapping techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
