  • We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Change Management & Training Specialist to play a critical role in the successful implementation of Workday.
  • This individual will be responsible for assisting in the execution of a comprehensive change management and training strategy to ensure smooth transition and user adoption of the new system.
  • The ideal candidate possesses strong communication, project management, and training skills, with experience in enterprise software implementations, preferably Workday.

Responsibilities :Change Management:

  • Assist in executing a comprehensive change management plan, including stakeholder analysis, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Assist in the development of communication plans to keep stakeholders informed throughout the implementation process.
  • Identify and address potential resistance to change.
  • Partner with project leadership to manage change effectively.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management initiatives.

Training & Development:

  • Design and deliver engaging training programs for all levels of Workday users, tailored to specific roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive training materials, including user guides, quick reference guides, and FAQs.
  • Create and manage training schedules and logistics.
  • Utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) to track training progress and measure effectiveness.
  • Provide ongoing support and coaching to users after the system go-live.
  • Identify and address training gaps through continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaboration & Communication:

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (IT, HR, business process owners) to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • Proactively communicate project updates and training information to stakeholders.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to foster buy-in and support.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Human Resources, Instructional Design, Business Administration).
  • 5+ years of experience in a change management and/or training role, with a focus on enterprise software implementations. Workday experience is highly preferred.
  • Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs using various methodologies.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Strong understanding of change management principles and methodologies (e.g., Kotter’s 8-step process).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with instructional design software (e.g., Articulate, Canva, Vimeo).
  • Certifications that are a plus: APTD, CPTD, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, PMP, Lean
