Join our Remote Machinery Tech Support team and embark on a journey of solving diverse technical challenges for cutting-edge machinery worldwide. Delve into the realm of advanced technology, addressing issues spanning electronics, frequency drives, robot systems, hydraulics, and more. Utilizing tools like Teamviewer, E-plan Viewer, Salesforce, and PLC monitoring, you’ll assist customers globally in the dynamic field of steel fabrication machinery, featuring capabilities such as robot plasma cutting, high-speed drilling, milling, sawing, and even robot welding.As a Remote Machinery Tech Support, you’ll also have:

• A mechanical, electrical background of at least two year with know-how to answer questions from operators and technicians mostly through phone and email interactions
• The ability to provide computer-based remote support for our steel fabrication machines at customer sites and save their production ability
