Hours: 8:00a – 5:00pThis is a Remote position.SUMMARY OF POSITION:This position will provide technology support in collaboration with members of the Human Resources and CoE Teams. Participate in team planning and discussions, prepare sections of team documents, lead small to medium-sized projects, and participate in larger projects. Realize that the daily emphasis of this position is task completion and project completion, according to specific instructions.ESSENTIAL DUTIES: The percentage of time spent performing essential functions is 95%. Qualified individuals must have the ability (with or without reasonable accommodation) to perform the following duties:

  • Serve as an ERP system expert and liaison to the Human Resources team members and the PSH organization.
  • Understands and implements any operational changes that result from ERP system upgrades that impact application core configurations.
  • Maintain application profile tables for HR core system configuration.
  • Works with other members of the CoE and HR Teams as required to resolve issues and/or concerns with configuration and data.
  • Assist in the resolution of application production problems.
  • Work with other operational areas in the CoE and HR to ensure the effective and integrated delivery of ERP HR services as required for assigned projects and routine operations.
  • Use vendor-supplied tools to perform ad hoc reporting.
  • Design and generate ad-hoc reports utilizing the tools integrated with the ERP system.
  • Respond to various non-routine and/or complex customer questions on ERP system related configurations.
  • Provides communication and support for ERP vendor monthly updates, ERP vendor product release upgrades, and general enhancements to business teams.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION(S):

  • Either Bachelor’s degree plus two (2) additional years of related experience or (b) six years total of related experience.
