Inspire your teammates to always be better.Sorare is seeking a Research Analyst to join the Research team. Sorare’s Research team plays a critical role, supporting user research and consumer insights for the Product and Design teams, as well as Marketing and Creative.As a Research Analyst you will coordinate primarily with the Sorare Product and Design teams to identify research opportunities, set research goals, and design and execute studies, as well as socialize results throughout the company. Sorare is a collaborative and team oriented environment. You will work as a key contributor on many research initiatives, while also having the opportunity to lead your own, to represent the voice of Sorare users and sports fans around the world.This is a fantastic opportunity for a researcher looking to sharpen their practitioner skill set, work with a variety of methodologies, have the freedom to experiment with new approaches, and have a meaningful impact on a maturing product within a new consumer space.An ideal candidate will have experience with and/or interest in multiple research methodologies. Experience working in video games or sports media is a plus.Responsibilities:Collaborate with Product Managers and other key stakeholders to identify, develop, and refine research objectives and methodologiesSupport the Research Team on large scale research initiatives, playing a key role in execution throughout the entire research processLead research projects start to finish, including initial design, recruiting, data collection, analysis, and reportingConduct both quantitative and qualitative research effortsPlan, conduct, and report on play tests and user interviews with current Sorare users as well as potential new usersDesign, program, field, analyze, and report on surveys of Sorare usersNote that experience in both quantitative and qualitative research is not required – this role offers training and development opportunitiesDevelop close relationships with Sorare’s Data, Player Experience, and Community teams to ensure the Sorare organization has a complete 360 degree understanding of its usersIdentify opportunities for the Sorare research team to improve efficiency, quality, and impactRequirements:3-5 years of experience within user research, consumer insights, or market researchExperience in video games or sports media a plusStrong skills in executing either qualitative and/or quantitative research methodologiesFluency in standard qualitative and/or quantitative research tools / platforms (eg., Qualtrics)Ability to find learnings and tell a compelling story with the use of dataAbility to understand business needs and identify research methodologies to address those needsAbility to synthesize research findings into actionable and digestible reportingA team player who collaborates with empathy and respectAccountable self starter who can work independently towards objectivesExcellent written and verbal communication (English fluency required; French, German, and/or Spanish fluency a plus)Our Hiring ProcessStep 1: Recruiter Screen (30 min)Step 2: Hiring Manager ScreenStep 3: Case Study + Panel interviewsStep 4: Reference Check & OfferSorare is an equal opportunity employer committed to an inclusive and diverse workplace.
