This mixed methods study is investigating the effectiveness of the Coventry & Warwickshire System & Clinical Leadership programme, its effect on meaningful and effective decision making by clinical leaders, and improvement in care and outcomes for patients across our population of just under a million people, as well as its wider and future applicability and sustainability.The role is ideal for an energetic, early post-doctorate researcher, ambitious to learn new skills, gain experience and consolidate on their interviewing and data analysis research skills within the context of a supportive team. Writing skills will be important – a large number of academic outputs, including a range of academic, policy-facing and public engagement materials, are planned, as well as working with our 4 clinical leadership fellows.
