Are you a commercial surveyor looking to re-train?Beach Baker is delighted to be instructed by an independent building consultancy which has a network of offices across the UK. The successful candidate will be joining a national team of 20 surveyors who specialise in advising private clients, primarily within the residential sector.Brief job details:

• Mainly carrying out building surveys with some Homebuyers (no residential valuations)
• Geographical patch: Cardiff & Newport
• No timesheets
• Opportunity for progression to Partnership

Candidates will need to be MRICS/FRICS (although the hiring manager would consider AssocRICS surveyors) with a wide range of experience of structural and building defects. They will also consider a commercial building surveyor who is looking to move in to residential.Employee benefits includes:
