As part of our wider Human Resources service, the Resourcing team play a crucial role in ensuring Cundall attracts, hires, and retains the best talent.This role could be based out of our London, Newcastle or Manchester offices. We embrace an agile working approach, so you can expect to split your working hours between home and the office.The RoleYou will hold responsibility for the successful delivery and evolution of Early Careers assessment, selection and development programmes.You will be responsible for identifying, attracting, selecting and retaining talent including our Graduate, Internship and Apprenticeship opportunities. You will support the business in their resourcing needs by proactively partnering with educational institutions and providers, delivering campaigns and advertising as well as providing advice, guidance and training to the organisation.While you will be based in the UK where the majority of the needs are, this role is standalone in Early Careers so would be involved in activities across our regions including UKI, Europe, MENA and Asia Pacific.As this is a standalone role, we are looking for demonstrable experience in a similar role.   • Sifting Early Careers applicants, managing communications, scheduling assessments, testing and interviews
  • Planning and delivering annual graduate attraction campaigns and related assessment centres
  • Ensuring a high-quality candidate experience throughout the process of attraction, assessment and selection
  • Plan, manage and coordinate onboarding and appropriate induction arrangements for Early Careers hires
  • Partnering with hiring managers to agree resourcing plans and provide advice and direction based on expert knowledge
  • Ensure Early Careers professionals are enrolled onto appropriate training programmes and professional development schemes in collaboration with the L+D team
  • Maintaining excellent communication with Early Careers talent through cycles of Placements and YINI to Graduate recruitment
  • Responsibility for keep warm and engagement campaigns from Graduate recruitment to entry into the business
  • Look to continuously improve, streamline and improve processes keeping up with latest technology and industry trends
  • Maintaining high quality, centralised recruitment materials and templates such as job descriptions, competencies, assessment materials
  • Proactively building partnerships, growing relationships with education institutions and establishing sources of diverse talent in line with our DEI goals
  • Attending key careers fairs and holding responsibility Early Careers merchandise
  • Supporting hiring teams globally across our different regions within the business to deliver successfully their Early Careers resourcing needs
  • Creating national and global advertising campaigns, and collaborating with suitable suppliers
  • Working closely with other members of the Resourcing and Learning and Development teams

The Skills

  • Proven experience of designing and delivering successful Early Careers recruitment schemes including; apprentices, summer placements, internships, year in industry and graduates
  • Proven experience running high volume recruitment
  • Excellent and professional communication skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced, in-house environment
  • Stakeholder management experience
  • International experience advantageous
