If you have the natural ability to communicate and enjoy working with others, we welcome you to join our global family.The Role:As Cast Iron Restaurant and Bar Manager, you are responsible for managing the restaurant, bar and room service operations to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A true “roll up your sleeve” role, you will do whatever it takes for your team to succeed and create a one of kind experience. You will be required to manage, train, and develop team members and work within budgeted guidelines.You will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Recruit, manage, train and develop the restaurant, bar and room service team
• Work within budgeted guidelines for Payroll and consumables
• Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
• Accountable for monthly liquor stock takes
• Delivering the Cast Iron experience, ensuing all touch points are executed
• Incentivise team members to maximize sales and revenue
• Compile weekly rotas to reflect business levels and inline with budgets
• Evaluate guest satisfaction, recognise success and action plan for continuous improvement
• Ensure departmental meetings are conducted on a regular basis
• Review monthly P&L statement for department and understand monthly forecasted sales and costs
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships within the whole hotel
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
