Restaurant General Manager – Little Rock, ArkansasGecko Hospitality is now searching for an experienced and motivated Restaurant General Manager in Hot Springs. The ideal Restaurant General Manager leads by example, promoting the vision, recruiting and mentoring a passionate team, collaborating with local businesses, supporting sustainability, and focusing on training a like-minded individual.About the Company: We established our first restaurant in Northern Florida in the late 1990s, offering fresh dining experiences in a relaxing setting. • Lead by example and live a healthy lifestyle to promote the restaurant’s vision.
• Recruit, train, mentor, and maintain a team of passionate individuals.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant General Manager or 2+ years current experience as a Full Service Restaurant Manager
• High volume background; must have Restaurant General Manager experience in concepts doing over $1.5 million per year
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant general manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L’s, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
