• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service.
• Manage staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve profitability and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations and ensure a clean and safe environment for staff and guests.
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Coordinate with suppliers for inventory management and ordering of food and equipment.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Plan and host special events and promotions to increase restaurant visibility and revenue.

Essential Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
• Understanding of restaurant operations and food service management.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in a restaurant management role is preferred.
• Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in food service.
