• Manage labor and food expenses effectively
• Establish rapport with guests and address their concerns while embodying hospitality
• Organize staff schedules and product procurement in alignment with sales figures
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the team to achieve common objectives

Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years current experience as a Restaurant Manager
• Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Hands-on with hiring, training, and developing hourly employees
• Excellent work ethic and drive to succeed
• Restaurant general manager candidates must be proficient with financials (P&L’s, inventory, food/labor cost, etc.)
