Company DescriptionSummary:As the Retail Recruiter for for Rituals, you will lead the hiring for our retail recruitment across the UK and Ireland with a strong focus on our new store openings. You will report to the Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Manager and work closely with the wider Talent team, HR team, hiring managers and the Head of HR. As we are a global company, you will also communicate with wider global Talent & HR teams and have the opportunity for exposure at that global level.You will assess the business needs from a retail recruitment perspective, and translate that into a cohesive end to end hiring plan which you will facilitate and run in its entirety taking into consideration equitable and diverse hiring to offer a meaningful candidate experience. Additionally, you will take the lead in sourcing top-tier candidates for our frontline teams, directly contributing to the success of our retail stores.Job DescriptionPurpose:To ensure a solid and innovative recruitment operation for our retail roles, supporting our store teams to efficiently recruit talent into the Rituals family with the ability to recogise ‘best in class’ individuals who are on brand for Rituals. You will own all attraction methods for your roles and optimise advertising & communication to build brand awareness, candidate interaction and to create a professional network. This person will act as a brand ambassador for the company, leading on best in practise hiring methods and process for your roles.Business Impact:Build the local recruitment structure with a proactive, long term approach. Advises and partners with all hiring managers (Store Managers, Area Managers, Account Managers and Head Office) to reach the best recruitment decisions and results. Enhance brand awareness through engaging and impactful activities and initiatives. Drive the brand philosophy that “we are all recruiters” and to enhance the hiring partnership between Talent and hiring managers will only result in better KPI’s and outcomes for the business. Thinking commercially to drive this.Interaction:– TA & EB Manager UK and Ireland-Head of HR, UK and Ireland– Sparring partner for all hiring managers across all lines of business in the region– Specialist for management regarding recruitment advice and training– Part of local HR department– Works closely with international recruitment teamsCreativity:Co-develop local guidelines and ways of workings regarding recruitment. Safeguard the brand values, communicates in style. You will also support on recruitment marketing content creation and advertising for retail roles across job boards, LinkedIn and and other hiring platforms.Recruiting– Align on the local recruiting strategy and development of recruiting trails across stores– Coordinating the various recruitment measures– Performing interviews– Maintenance of job descriptions– Create toolkits and guidelines for hiring managers and roll out in store trainings– Use methods to grow your own employer profile in the retail network– Providing advice and assistance to all managers in recruiting– Build a network with local agencies and align a strong PSL including competitive T&C’s.– Develops creative ideas on recruitment activity to drive quality applicationsAdvise and support– Support of the applicants; follow a seamless, communicative approach throughout each recruitment campaign– Training of all hiring managers, including Store Managers on local recruitment– Advising employees and managers on all issues in the areas of recruitingGeneral-Ensure correct job descriptions and guideline for each vacancy-Review analytics and metrics on recruitment-Keep track, plan, guide and advise regarding the recruitment budget-Support on recruitment marketing creation to attractQualificationsBackground:

  • High level of retail recruitment experience with a previous network of retail professionals
  • Knowledge and proven hiring success of the UK/Ireland retail market across either fashion, luxury goods, beauty, skincare and/or wellbeing.
  • Experienced in owning the entire hiring process 360, from end to end with senior stakeholders
  • Deep understanding of creative sourcing strategies to find those highly qualified candidates, particularly in niche roles – eg. not just using LinkedIn Recruiter, but targeted job boards, meet-ups and other industry- & function-related areas.
  • Expert knowledge in developing innovative souring strategies, engaging and hiring directly
  • Hands-on mentality, with integrity, proactivity, inspiring approach, strong organisational skills to manage high volume and a high level of communication; both verbal and written.
  • Incredibly strong attention to detail with the ability to spot any process gaps ahead of things happening
  • Commercial mindset with a ‘bigger business’ understanding
  • Creative backbone with the ability to think outside of the box
  • Good knowledge of Word / Excel and teams.

Experience:

  • Knowledge using an ATS- Smart Recruiter desirable but not required
  • Knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter license, direct market mapping tools and advanced searches
  • Knowledge of all job boards and how to manage efficiently
  • Knowledge of data and reporting with strong use of Excel and use of a hiring tracker
  • Strong track record of establishing rapport and building relationships with stakeholders, guiding them through the recruitment process
  • Ability to bring ideas/initiatives/projects to fruition; excellent follow-through
  • Capable of working efficiently with accuracy and attention to detail whilst prioritising your workload
  • Solutions focussed with an emphasis on speed
