We can’t wait to hear from you-apply today!Duties and Responsibilities:The key job functions are:

  • Input and track reservations, ensuring accuracy and addressing guest requests.
  • Collaborate with group coordinators on rooming lists and billing changes.
  • Communicate revenue strategies and pricing implementations, including rate loading and promotional updates.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for the revenue manager and follow up on commission and data requests.
  • Monitor rate parity, inventory, and property details across portfolio websites and extranets.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and reviews, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with policies and standards.
  • Support other revenue-related tasks and projects as assigned.

Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Post secondary education in a related field such as Hospitality Management is an asset.

Qualifications:

  • Valid passport (or ability to obtain one) for occasional travel to the U.S head office.
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Valid driver’s license

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative role
  • Previous experience in hospitality, ideally in roles such as reservations agent, travel agent, or within tourism, hotel call centers, or similar environments.
  • Ample prior experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities while meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Analytical mindset with a problem-solving approach to tasks.
  • Ability to work well independently and take direction while being able to collaborate effectively when needed.
  • Skilled in building, maintaining, and fostering relationships with external clients, internal teams, and operational leaders.

Base Salary: $45,000-55,000 per year

  • Salary based on experience
  • Full benefits package including:
  • A robust benefits package, for qualifying employees, that includes dental and medical coverage.

  • Annual, corporate wide, salary and wage reviews.

Work Hours:

  • 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Friday

Remote Work:

  • This position offers a hybrid working environment with workspace in a safe, secure downtown office building
