Our goal is to scale and enhance the experience of our clients, and now looking for an enthusiastic Revenue Operations Specialist to help us continue delivering to our clients.The primary focus of this role centers on crafting and managing processes that stimulate revenue growth within our Sales department. Equally important is the pivotal task of integrating and enhancing the utilization of our tech stack for optimal performance.The ideal candidate will have experience in Revenue Operations, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of Sales processes and customer lifecycles.About YouWe are looking for an energetic and positive Revenue Operations professional. In this role, you will familiarize yourself with the customers’ user journey and processes, and offer suggestions for efficiency and improvements to achieve Customer Success goals. You have great project management skills and a knack for technology.What will you do?

  • Collaborate with sales leaders, cross-functional teams, and stakeholders to strategically implement and enhance process improvements aligned with our global business standards.
  • Continuously recommend process improvements, reporting on key insights, highlights, and areas for enhancement within our strategy and processes.
  • Utilise data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights for informed decision making.
  • Track KPIs and deliver impactful findings and recommendations to leadership.
  • Foster effective communication with sales leaders and key stakeholders
  • Contribute to revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking activities.
  • Execute go-to-market strategies, cultivate regional process expertise and support global team alignment.
  • Drive enablement and communication to field sales teams, closely partnering with our Global Sales Enablement partners.

  • 6+ years working in Sales Operations, Strategy or Analytical roles
  • Proven experience in a late-stage, global startup, preferably in the SaaS space
  • Deep understanding of territory management best practices, and engagement rules.
  • Strong knowledge of the sales tech stack including CRM, marketing, enrichment, email and call intelligence tools.
  • Salesforce expertise is essential, encompassing activity tracking, lead-to-account
  • Advanced Excel, SQL, Tableau experience matching, dash boarding advanced reporting, and pipeline quality inspection.
  • Familiarity with forecasting models, tools and processes across multiple revenue streams and complex hierarchies.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and collaborating with global stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, project management strategies, and stakeholder management
