Anderson Knight is currently recruiting a Reward Partner for one of our priority clients based in Lanarkshire. As the client continues to expand, they are looking for an experienced professional to join their team and help shape and influence their reward strategy. They highly value flexible working arrangements and are open to options such as condensed hours or a four-day working week. Remote candidates are also welcome to apply.The Reward Partner role is a new position focused on developing and implementing reward policies, procedures, and processes, encompassing pay, benefits, and performance. You will be instrumental in crafting a reward strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates top talent. This role involves close collaboration with senior leadership to ensure reward programs align with the company’s values and goals.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective reward frameworks, salary structures, and strategies.
  • Manage reward projects, including the creation of new policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular market analysis and benchmarking to stay current with industry trends and best practices, producing reports and analyses as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers to design competitive compensation packages for new hires and existing employees, including conducting annual pay reviews.
  • Provide expert guidance and support on reward-related matters, including performance incentives, recognition programs, and employee benefits.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of reward processes and practices.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Relevant HR qualification (e.g., CIPD certification).
  • Proven experience in reward management, including salary frameworks, job evaluation principles, compensation, and benefits.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide meaningful insights.
  • Experience working with HR systems and Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate business strategy and objectives into practical reward solutions.
  • Thorough understanding of HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Expected salary

£65000 – 70000 per year
