💰 Salary: Competitive Rates + Enhanced Pay for Nights & WeekendsAbout the Role:We are currently recruiting Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to work across all wards in hospitals throughout Southport. Whether you’re looking for flexible shifts or a long-term role, we have a range of opportunities available in medical, surgical, A&E, ICU, and more.Key Responsibilities:✅ Deliver high-quality patient care in various ward settings.
✅ Assess, plan, and implement effective nursing care.
✅ Administer medications and treatments in line with hospital policies.
✅ Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
✅ Respond quickly to emergency situations.
✅ Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Requirements:🔹 Registered Nurse (NMC PIN) – Band 5 or Above.
🔹 Previous experience in acute, general medical, surgical, or specialist wards (preferred).
🔹 Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
🔹 Strong communication and decision-making skills.
🔹 Willingness to work flexible shifts, including days, nights & weekends.
