As an established provider that serves both National and International clients, this company values hard work and is looking to add a Rigging Shop Inspector to their team. If you have a minimum of 2 years of inspection experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment, this might be a great fit for you!

This company manufactures restraint and safety systems (overhead lifting products) that help protect their client’s people, property, and profits. The owner patented his pioneering engineered restraint system for the industry!

In this role, you will inspect chains, wire ropes, hoists, hooks, and other structural rigging components.

Rigging Inspector Responsibilities:

• Inspect chain, wire rope, hoists, hooks, and other structural rigging components
• Use machinery such as hydraulic press, cutting torch, saw, drill press, grinder, and hand tools
• Perform load tests
• Use measuring tools and a sit-down forklift
• Understand and teach standards and criteria
• Document quality inspections using a company iPad

Schedule: 

• Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Opportunities for overtime

Pay: $23/per hour 

Rigging Inspector Requirements:

• 2+ years of inspection experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment (work with rigging, chain, or wire rope is a plus)
• Computer proficiency
• Mechanical aptitude
• Forklift experience
• Ability to lift a minimum of 70 pounds
