You will be at the forefront of embedding risk management and your role could include assisting in the identification of controls and mitigating actions and providing strategic risk analysis and insight.
The role involves effective and meaningful interactions to the stakeholders – both internal and external.What you will do:General Responsibilities
- Provide the department with support and advice on all aspects of risk management
– Coordinate the implementation of control framework in Corporate Banking France and perform mandatory periodic risk controls
– Support Coverage teams on RRCSC and CSEM processes (pre-analyses and presentation of files)
– Support preparation of the business continuity plan * Support the strategic initiatives driven by the Head of Risk Oversight in Corporate Banking France
- Follow up audit reports to ensure compliance with agreed recommendations and action plans
- Establish, implement, and maintain adequate internal control designed to secure compliance with decisions and procedures from internal and external regulators
- Ensure the follow-up of operational risks in coordination with Control Office teams (CCO) and Coverage teams, and effectively manage the escalation process
- Support the control of credit risks through the Watch Worry Monitor list process and early warning indicators
- Oversee compliance risk management, including knowledge of CDD policies, mastery of sanction risks and escalation of unusual activities
- Support and coordinate employee training resources
RequirementsYou should apply if you have:
- A Relevant experience (
5years) within a Financial Institution in risk management or compliance * Ability to foster a pro-active, dynamic approach to risk management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record in identifying, managing and tracking risks
- The ability to offer appropriate constructive challenge on risks across the organization
- Good Microsoft Office Skills with good numerical and analytical skills
- English verbal/written is mandatory
