As an employee, you are encouraged to discuss your career aspirations and individual development with your manager and/or your Human Resources Advisor to position yourself for growth opportunities, both now and in the future.About the Role:Reporting to our Senior Risk Manager, the Subcontractor Prequalification Risk Manager will oversee all aspects the prequalification process to ensure that subcontractors that have the proper experience and financial capabilities to successfully perform work on our projects.As a Risk Manager at Graham, you will:
You will be expected to develop, maintain and promote sound risk management policies and procedures to ensure that we have a systematic and comprehensive approach to mitigate subcontractor default risk that is applied consistently throughout each of our operating groups.You will be responsible for leading annual and ad hoc training sessions with our operations stakeholder groups which will require travel as needed. * Leading an Exceptional Team – At Graham, people are our greatest asset. In keeping with this, you will assist in leading a highly skilled team of risk professionals, with an emphasis on coaching, developing and inspiring the team to achieve great results. You will support all Risk team goals and KPI’s to ensure the team’s overall success.
