The Role:As an Risk Reporting and RCSA Lead, you will be reporting to the Senior 1st Regulatory and RCSA Manager.In your role you will an SME within the First Line Risk team supporting our Operations function. Your role will be crucial for executing risk reporting across Operations and accurately assessing our risk profile. You will be working closely with our 2nd and 3rd Lien of Defence (LOD) teams across the Group.As a Risk Reporting and RCSA Lead, you will:

  • Support the delivery of all RCSA activities across Operations, liaising with our Operations leaders to manage their overall risks.
  • Ensure Risk Management information within the Operations function is accurate and complete.
  • Maintain rigorous change control over the Risk profile contained in Operations RCSA.
  • Ensure 2nd and 3rd Line reviews and independent control testing are planned into Operations priorities and executed with high engagement.
  • Provide timely and useful management information reporting that clearly details our risk positions and actions/mitigants in place or underway to continually improve our Operations risk appetite, including Forum/committee reporting.
  • Deputize for the Manager when necessary.

What We’re Looking For:

  • In-depth knowledge and expertise of 1st Line Risk Frameworks.
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise of Senior Management Reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Senior Management Certification Regime.
  • In-depth knowledge of the setup and routine operations within Operations
  • Good knowledge of 3rd Party providers to Operations, including contractual setup, governance, and routine operations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Operational, Conduct, and Regulatory Risk.
  • Good knowledge of Supplier Risk.
