Actalent Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to step into the role of Registered Nurse.. This position emphasizes patient advocacy and education, where you will deliver direct nursing care in line with established healthcare protocols. As a Nursing Care Coordinator, you will assess the quality of patient care, create personalized care plans, and work closely with healthcare teams to ensure holistic care. Your skills and knowledge will significantly improve patient outcomes across diverse healthcare environments.Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize patient advocacy and education by delivering direct nursing care in accordance with established healthcare protocols.
• Assess the quality of patient care, design personalized care plans, and work in partnership with healthcare teams to ensure thorough and coordinated care.
• Utilize your expertise to improve patient well-being across a variety of healthcare environments.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $32.00 – $45.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
