This individual will be a key member of the team providing leadership and expertise to maximise productivity, while ensuring quality throughout the entire process.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Experience / Education / Skills requirement

• Responsible for participations, reporting third party obligations to talent, financiers and licensors.
• Perform analysis of participation contracts and statement
• Work with FCA/Contract setup team to ensure correct title reporting & adherence of contractual requirements.
• Audit System results to ensure accuracy and compliance to contractual terms and obligations and send inquiries to the business units regarding discrepancies
• Support line manager in maintaining key relationships both internal (with UPCG, Focus and other stakeholders) and external (talent, financiers, broadcasters, etc)
• Collaborate and work with residual and participation reporting teams in London and LA.
• Compliance on all royalty reporting

QualificationsThis job description is not exhaustive and the post holder will be required to carry out any other ad hoc tasks as requested and within capabilities.

• Experience of participation reporting in the media sector.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively with internal & external stakeholders
• Advanced knowledge of Excel.
• Resourceful and self-reliant but also able to work collaboratively as part of a team is essential.
• Strong analytical & flexible mindset & a proactive approach to problem solving.
