Job DescriptionThe Field Execution and Customer Engagement role will play a critical leadership role in the future launch of our Company’s RSV monoclonal antibody. This individual will be responsible for developing and driving execution by collaboration with the brand team, field sales leadership, customer marketing, learning and development. In addition, this individual will work closely with the Product Marketing Owner to develop or optimize digital resources used by our customer-facing teams.Responsibilities include and may not be limited to:Partner with Sales Leadership in all aspects of preparation, planning and ongoing integration related to product promotion and executionCollaborate with Field Sales and Sales Training to identify and prioritize training and developmentLead field planning for targeting, KPIs, meetings, and communicationsCollaborate with key internal experts to maximize customer engagement through the use of digital analyticsCollaborate closely with our Product Marketing Owner, and brand strategy point to develop/optimize resources used for our customer-facing teamsLeading the planning and development of resources for all field sales touch points such as semester meetings, launch meetings, and webcastsQualifications:Minimum Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (BA/BS).
