???? About the Role:
Join a growing team in Rootstown, Ohio as a Machine Operator. This hands-on role involves operating molding machinery to produce high-quality rubber products. If you’re detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!
???? Starting Pay: $16.00-16.50 per hour
???? Shifts Available:
- Train on 1st for 2nd Shift positions
- Monday- Thursday – 10 hour shifts- OT available on Fridays!
???? Key Responsibilities:
- Move raw materials using forklift to beginning of the line
- Operate machinery according to production schedules and work orders
- Monitor temperature, pressure, and cycle times
- Visually inspect finished products for defects and report issues
- Safely load/unload materials and finished goods using manual tools
- Perform other related duties as assigned
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to identify subtle defects and maintain product consistency
- Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Solid math and written communication abilities
- Efficient multitasking and time management
- Creative problem-solving mindset
