???? About the Role:

Join a growing team in Rootstown, Ohio as a Machine Operator. This hands-on role involves operating molding machinery to produce high-quality rubber products. If you’re detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you!

???? Starting Pay: $16.00-16.50 per hour

???? Shifts Available:

• Train on 1st for 2nd Shift positions
• Monday- Thursday – 10 hour shifts- OT available on Fridays!

???? Key Responsibilities:

• Move raw materials using forklift to beginning of the line
• Operate machinery according to production schedules and work orders
• Monitor temperature, pressure, and cycle times
• Visually inspect finished products for defects and report issues
• Safely load/unload materials and finished goods using manual tools
• Perform other related duties as assigned

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Ability to identify subtle defects and maintain product consistency
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
• Basic mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Solid math and written communication abilities
• Efficient multitasking and time management
• Creative problem-solving mindset
