Company DetailsDidi rugby has been devised to get young children active and to teach them new skills while having fun in a safe environment. Age range between 18 month and 6 years. These age ranges offer flexible boundaries and are based on each child’s ability and confidence as opposed to a strict age structure. We want to make every child comfortable and the programme they enjoy personal to each one of them.didi rugby will help your child get physically active, teach them new skills and improve their co-ordination, speed and balance. They will also help them learn social skills while having lots of fun in a positive, safe and friendly environment. Because of the age groups that are catered for at didi classes, parents and carers are very much encouraged to get involved as much or as little as they would like, and all classes delivered in a friendly and relaxed manner.Job DescriptionThe coaching opportunity itself, which will be challenging, enjoyable, meaningful and suit your own healthy lifestyle and schedule. You will ensure that didi sports kids have lots of fun and play a key role in coaching and promoting respect, teamwork, sportsmanship & most importantly enjoyment. You will also be developing technical skills such as core skills, balance, coordination & agility.What you will need
To be successful as a didi rugby Sports Coach, a recognised coaching or leadership certificate or qualification related to sport or child development suitable to the level of the post you are applying to. However, we hire people based on attitude and crucially you will show self-motivation, enthusiasm and a passion for developing children. Basic numeracy, literacy, IT and administration skills are also required for the minimum but necessary paperwork.What you can getAs a didi rugby Sports Coach you will enjoy a competitive self-employed, hourly rate, location and experience-dependent, (see guide):
Head Coach – £10PH- £15PH
Support Coach – £10PH-£12.50PHOpportunities exist for Lead and Head Coaches, with a choice of flexiable hours including afternoons, evenings and weekend, with an opportunity for you to lead your own class near your home, choosing your own hours. Full training, all equipment and support provided.
