Safety ManagerJob DescriptionDevelop, implement, and maintain comprehensive safety programs and policies for the construction site. Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety regulations and standards. Provide safety training and education to all site personnel, including subcontractors and the labor force. Investigate and report on any accidents, incidents, or near-misses, and implement corrective actions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date safety documentation and records. Collaborate with the Project Manager and Superintendent to integrate safety measures into project plans and schedules. Promote a culture of safety awareness and continuous improvement on the construction site.Responsibilities

Essential Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management with experience on commercial projects, preferably government work.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Certification in OSHA safety standards.
- Proficiency in safety management software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or a related field.
- OSHA 30 and OSHA 500 certifications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $38.00 – $48.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
