Our client has become a leader in their industry, and they are looking to add an Inside Sales Professional to their team! The ideal candidate will be looking to grow with the organization into a more senior position.Qualifications

• 2-4 years’ experience in sales and customer service; experience working within the glass industry would be well-regarded but not required
• Solid work ethic, goal oriented and self-motivated
• Exceptional organization and time management skills
• Superior communication skills with a customer service style
• Able to work independently as part of a cohesive team
• Proficient with MS Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Outside Sales on quotations, and follow-up calls
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and build rapport
• Maintain quotation files
• Assist in identifying potential opportunities
• Work with CSR Manager to maintain and update customer files, including pricing and customer updates
• Work with Operations Manager to update customers on product deliveries
• Process orders/forms, applications, and customer request
• Provide back up support to the CSR Team
• Other duties as assigned
