Join us in Exertis Enterprise’s biggest commercial team, where we will support you to achieve a Level 3 Business Administration qualification while working with a dynamic team to support our customers in finding the right server solution for them. With your drive for a great customer experience, you’ll work collaboratively with others in the team to ensure accurate reporting and administration.As part of the team, you’ll:

• Process server orders that come in from our customers
• Set up parts numbers on our systems
• Own and look after the inbox for the team, responding to queries and distributing emails as required
• Maintain accurate weekly reporting for the team
• Liaise with other departments, including sales, other commercial teams and third party warranty
