You’ll be responsible for streamlining administrative tasks, updating CRM records, and providing key insights to help drive sales performance.What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing PGI’s sales inbox and handling inbound sales-related inquiries.
  • Keeping the CRM system updated with accurate client and sales information.
  • Producing detailed weekly reports to track sales performance.
  • Assisting sales staff in providing clients with accurate and relevant information.
  • Supporting managers responsible for business development with administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with the ongoing management of sales and business development documentation.
  • Providing the marketing team with sales data and analytics to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Identifying upsell opportunities for new projects and sharing insights with the team.
  • Assisting with partner and client management, including reporting and follow-ups.
  • Offering temporary cover for sales colleagues during leave or absence.

On day one you will bring:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders and external clients.
  • A proactive and fast-learning mindset with a strong desire to develop your skills.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Keen interest in progressing a career in sales and business development.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred but not essential).
