Do you have a passion for both property and exceptional customer service? Our client is looking for a part-time Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join their rapidly expanding team, and the successful applicant will operate out of the company’s new office in Manchester city centre. This role will operate across our clients property investment and city centre estate agency brands.Working on a part-time basis for the sales and lettings departments, your day-to-day responsibilities will include responding to online and telephone enquiries, booking and conducting property viewings, processing tenancy applications and liaising with both tenants and investors on a daily basis.The successful applicant will hold a full driving licence and have access to their own car.Job Type:

• Part-time (15 hours per week – Thursday/Friday/Saturday)
• £17.00 per hour (£255.00 per week plus commission)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct property viewings with potential tenants
• Provide excellent customer service to clients
• Maintain a good understanding of the property market and in particular lettings related legislation

Requirements:

• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
• Manchester based
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record in estate agency
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle for property viewings (Essential)

Experience:

• Minimum of one years estate agency experience
