You’ll support face-to-face queries, telephone and email queries, process orders in the system.As we continue to grow, there has never been a more exciting time to join us in our sales team as a Sales Assistant in our Leeds CDC location.What do you need to succeed as a Sales Assistant?
- You can maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business and long-term loyalty.

- You are familiar with how to upsell and cross-sell products and services.
- A solution driven mindset to solve problems.
What does the Sales Assistant role involve?
- Working out of our branch, you will handle customer queries over the phone, email, and face to face
- Embrace sales initiatives across the hub, building strong customer relationships and maintain a high standard of branch presentation and service.
- Maintain professional standards of product knowledge and providing support to our customers looking to get the correct product
- Carrying out inspections and testing of equipment before and after each hire to ensure equipment reliable and safe
