This is an established, Washington-based company with a production facility and warehouse in Bothell, looking for an
Sales Assistant
to join their team!
If you have excellent customer service skills and are great with computer data entry, this could be a great fit for you! This is a temporary position, expected to last through the end of the year.
Sales Assistant Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service via phone and email
- Process incoming orders
- Review inventory reports for accuracy
- Monitor sales contracts and pricing for accuracy
- Create and maintain customer order files
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm
Pay:
- $2-$30 per hour
Accounting Assistant Requirements:
- 2 years of administrative customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Prior CRM experience a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
