Sales Coordinator required for our client located in Wallingford, South Oxfordshire

Reporting to the Sales Manager the Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing front line support to all customers by managing the sales administration and department processes.

Key Responsibilities:

– Efficiently manage sales orders, inquiries, and quotes, ensuring timely processing.

– Maintain and update department processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

– Liaise with customers regarding product specifications, order details, and delivery arrangements.

– Maintain customer orders and data files on SAP and Google-Docs, logging all communications.

– Develop and nurture customer relationships through regular liaison.

– Produce regular reports to support the sales function.

– Provide administrative support to the dealer and OEM network, and attend regular sales meetings.

– Assist with trade shows and prepare sales and marketing materials as directed.

– Offer secretarial support and undertake basic accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Customer Service knowledge is essential

-Knowledge of SAP/ERP/CRM systems and proficiency in all Microsoft products.
