Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)Location: GlasgowSalary: Up to £27k base + 5% bonus on dealsReel Recruit is hiring for a Glasgow-based software startup that is innovating the real estate industry. We seek two motivated Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to join their growing team.Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients, handle objections, and convert prospects into leads.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients to build a robust pipeline.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on real estate market trends and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

Requirements:

  • Cold Calling Experience: Demonstrated success in cold calling and deal conversion.
  • Real Estate Experience (a plus): Previous experience in the real estate sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Hard-working: Strong work ethic with a commitment to achieving targets.
  • Office Presence: Must be willing to work from the Glasgow office for effective collaboration and team synergy.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
