Sales Development Representative – SaaSGuilford- Hybrid £25-50kThe Role + CompanyWe are hiring for a Sales Development Representative for a leading SaaS vendor. This long-established company have been a recognised leader within their sector for over 15 years. With a truly best in class portfolio of products, they are now looking to grow their team on the back of a new product launch. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team who provide and be part of their continued success story.Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting: Conduct outbound prospecting campaigns through cold-calls, emails, video-mails, social selling, and events to create initial contact with prospects and secure appointments.
  • Qualification: Understand and qualify the needs of prospects to guide them towards suitable solutions.
  • Collaboration: Transfer prospect information to Account Executives for customer sign-ups.
  • CRM Management: Use CRM tools (Salesforce, Salesloft) to monitor and report performance metrics.
  • Feedback: Provide daily feedback to support the Sales team’s growth.

Your Profile:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, able to interact with C-Level Finance staff.
  • Ambitious, tenacious, and target-driven.
  • Enthusiastic about cold-calling and see it as an effective prospecting tool.
  • Team player willing to take risks for the team.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bonus: Previous experience in Sales or as an SDR/BDR.
