- Creating New Opportunities: You’ll source and generate leads, helping to build a strong pipeline of potential clients.

- Managing Pipelines: You’ll keep track of leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate documentation.
- Collaborating Across Teams: Working with our sales, marketing, and product teams, you’ll contribute to strategies that drive results.
- Staying Industry-Savvy: You’ll stay informed about industry trends and market insights, always looking for new opportunities.
- Performance Reporting: You’ll provide regular updates on your progress, sharing insights with our management team.

- Initial Interview and Online Assessment: If shortlisted, we’ll arrange an initial interview with a member of our Talent Team and send you an online assessment to complete.
- Group Assessment Day: Join us on 20 or 21 November at our Manchester office (M1 4DY). You’ll take part in a group exercise and roleplay activity alongside candidates for our Customer Renewals roles. This is your chance to show us your skills and experience IRIS’s culture firsthand!
